Sewing Essentials 2 - Evening
Expand your repertoire of sewing skills with three awesome projects! This class is perfect for those with some sewing experience and includes learning to read a pattern, sew with stretch fabric, making simple clothing, hemming knit fabrics, installing an invisible zipper, making and installing piping, gathering fabric, test driving a serger and more.
Project 1: Cushion Cover with invisible zipper closure and piping
Project 2: Half-Apron
Project 3: T-shirt- choose from 4 different sleeve lengths and 27 sizes!
You can sign up and pay in full online, or call the store (705-822-9182) to pay a 50% deposit of $99.50, with the remainder (plus taxes) due on the first day of class. This deposit is not refundable, but can be date-transferred (to a future class) up to 10 days before the start of the original class. This policy is strictly enforced.
Covid-19 safety policies for classes:
-We strongly prefer all participants to be vaccinated against Covid 19 and influenza but do not require proof.
-Everyone must wear a face mask over mouth and nose.
-Everyone must sanitize upon entering the space.
